Andy Ashton, Director of Construction and Renovation Services at Ensign Services, once spoke at the 2013 Construction Owners Association of
America Leadership Conference. Ashton was part of a round table discussion where three different owners discussed the merits of implementing
construction program management software
and how solutions such as Projectmates vastly improved their construction workflow. "We've only had our system in place for four months but it
has completely transformed in that four-month period the way we go about our business," said Ashton during the conference round table.
Integration of Projectmates with Ensign Services' accounting software allows contractors and vendors to enter their invoices online in Projectmates,
route the invoices through an electronic approval process, and then automatically send approved invoices to their Accounting system for processing
payments. "This is going to save so much time in double entry. This is huge for us!" said Ashton.
